Rabbit ears are not practical, so I use wire at about 6' length and I have several cup hooks available.

The Philips amplified rabbit ears are the best you are going to find, and believe me when I tried the others. However you have to be kind to the pluggins and aerial mounts because everything is mounted to the circuit board.

I've got a pioneer Super tuner for a stereo and I can run the stereo DVD and TV through it.

I've got a Pioneer super tuner inside with four book shelf speakers. I've got a Pioneer 3100 t bridgeable  2 channel power amp to drive my SWR 2-10 cabinet. I want to get a better Pre-amp for my Bass, but a Roland Micro amp is doing just fine for right now.

More About My Cage

My electricity bill: I paid it once, it was pricey, but it's good for 100  watts. I tried using a battery charger while I was working at a near by job-site because my short commute couldn't top off the 105 amp-hour deep cycle battery, But the problem with those 120 volt AC to  12 volt DC chargers is that most of them just screw up the plates in the battery with sulfer and now I need to buy a new one. (The truck also has a 1,000 amp marine starter battery I found at West Marine.)
I picked up a 115 amp hour deep cycle batteries at Wallmart for $75.oo. I'm thinking of buying another one so I can have one in the truck and the other on board my Camper Box.  I'm planing to run a 12 volt refrigerator next summer. But then I might need one more 50 watt panel.

I've been using an Iglue 5 day ice chest. Luckily they come with a garden hole drain fitting so I use a 3/4 inch hose adapter and reduced it down to 5/16 for a drain through the floor. When I put on the brakes, the excess water vacates automatically, which works fine in the winter. (5-7 days with block ice.) Helpful Hint: I made a cardboard box to fit around it. That extra layer with my beater jacket covering the top helps.

My pre-amp is a Roland Miro-amp. (above) Going into he Pioneer GT 3100T powere amp. (Under the Philips rabbit ears, below.).

It's like a small bedroom with everything in it.
