Looked like a pay-off to me.... I've heard it was the mayor, but I happen to think it was the city manager. Apparently one of the neighbors saw the envolope change hands just before I opened my garage door and snaped these shots The first day I met my neighbor, he tore his pants while climing over his fence. I take it that it wasn't the last time he did such a thing. Once I saw the hose installed, I let the grass grow so I could see if I had any traffic. I think he caught on to the idea. |
