It looks as though Officer Lara Kelly didn’t make it much longer than a year at the Morro Bay Police Department. Commander Tim Olivas has told the local Bay News, that Kelly was fired for a “personal matter” and would comment no further.
However, I’m one person who is pretty damn good at putting two and two together. Therefore I read on further into the story to learn the Kelly was often assigned the local schools quite a bit. I also read that they no longer have officers in the schools this year.
Now the adding up part: and the part I could be wrong about – but -I’ve suspected all along that Officer Lara Kelly was a lesbian. And if I’m right there, maybe she had a likings for some young stuff as well and that would be like City of Morro Bay may have had their own child molester right there in their own schools and very well may have been sponsored by the Dare Program.
Yeah, tell me I’m wrong, but I do know a few things that would blow your mind and I’m not even going to say anything about them yet. I think it’s best for me to save the material for my book because one thing for sure, the chapter on Morro Bay is going to prove to be a very interesting one.
Oh yeah, one Morro Bay officer who I can truly say was always a gentleman, Cpl. Robert Root, jumped ship and went to work for the State Alcohol & Beverage Control agency. Best of luck to him, and lets just hope Moonahan follows suit and learns to keep a distance from the criminals that the City has working here.
